Hi, I thought I would get some discussion started here about whether people feel mortgage rates will continue going down ;D stay the same 
or go back up 
?
I personally feel we'll see some continued pressure for the Fed to lower the Fed Funds rate in the short term , which should ultimately help drive down mortgage rates a bit more. A lot can happen between now and then, but I think we'll see a bottom soon and rates holding steady, or even rising by a year from now.
